Scene 6

The Peoples Lawyer- I thought that this section of the story was funny because the pachucos didnt end up finding out that George the "Lawyer" understood some spanish after they talked all thier mess about George. Pachuco: "Better check him out, ese. He looks like a cop." El Pachuco says this to Henry on page 40. I thought that this section was where the pachucos really had to give a good thought about who they were about to trust, which made it so much more interesting. But over all i eally did enjoy this section of the story.

Question- If you were in Henry's position would you have trusted george right off the back? Why?

Scene 5

The Press- It was some what confusing to me, I understood that Lt. Edwards says, "You can't change the spots on a leopard" to the Press on page 38. Lt. Edwards is talking about Henry Reyna & what i believe that he is trying to say is that he doesnt believe that anyone can change the inner pachuco that he carries around with him. I believe that this quote is important to the entire story because it actually gives you a clue on how Lt. Edwards feels about Henry.

Question- Why is it that the press wants to know all about Henry Reyna?
